PVC windows – GEALAN systems for every style and requirement
NOLE offers made-to-measure PVC windows built with proven GEALAN profile systems S 8000, GEALAN-LINEAR® and S 9000, including the S 9000 LUMAXX version, with a wide choice of glazing, decorative surfaces and modern finishes.
No single PVC window is best for every building. Some customers value an excellent balance of cost and quality, others high thermal insulation, and others modern design, slim frames and as much natural light as possible.
Our aim is simple: to help you choose a PVC window suited to your property, preferred appearance and planned investment.
Why choose GEALAN PVC windows?
GEALAN profile systems offer different solutions within a technologically advanced PVC window platform.
From the versatile S 8000 and minimalist LINEAR® to the advanced S 9000 with its elegant LUMAXX version, you can choose a system to suit the architecture, energy requirements, design and budget.
Rather than using the same profile for every project, we can offer a system that matches each customer’s priorities.
Which GEALAN system should you choose?
Each system has its role, and S 9000 is available in standard and LUMAXX versions.
| System | Main benefit | Ideal when you want |
|---|
| S 8000 | An excellent balance of features and investment | A reliable, cost-conscious PVC window |
|---|
| LINEAR® | Straight, minimalist lines | A modern architectural appearance |
|---|
| S 9000 | Advanced performance | Premium insulation and construction quality |
|---|
| S 9000 – LUMAXX version | A larger share of glass | More light and a narrower window sash |
|---|
There is no universally best system. The right choice depends on the property, window dimensions, energy requirements, preferred design and planned budget.
STV® – when glass becomes part of the structure
GEALAN STV® – Static Dry Glazing is a static dry glass-bonding technology that connects the glass to the sash profile using a specially developed adhesive system.
This transfers the rigidity of the glass to the sash, giving the whole element additional stability.
What does STV® offer?
Greater stability The glass actively contributes to the rigidity of the window sash.
More design possibilities Depending on the system and configuration, the technology enables additional possibilities when designing larger elements.
Potentially better thermal performance For certain standard elements, STV® allows designs without conventional steel reinforcement, which can further improve the profile’s thermal performance.
Modern manufacturing technology The window is no longer simply a combination of PVC profiles, steel and glass – the glass becomes an active part of the structure.
STV® is not needed for every window, but in suitable projects it offers additional possibilities beyond conventional construction.
Glazing – just as important as the profile
Choosing the profile system is only one part of a quality PVC window.
Glazing significantly affects thermal and acoustic insulation, safety, natural light and the overall comfort of a room.
The glass type should therefore be chosen according to window dimensions, the property’s position, the room’s use and project requirements.
A quality result depends on the profile, glass and construction working together as one system.
Profile, glass and surface – choosing the window as a whole
A PVC window should not be chosen only by the profile name or price per square metre.
The final result depends on the profile system, glazing, dimensions, opening method, hardware, colour, surface finish and construction of the entire element.
That is why S 8000, LINEAR® and S 9000 in standard and LUMAXX versions each have a different role.
Decorative foils and acrylcolor® allow you to personalise the appearance, while STV® opens up additional structural possibilities.
The right PVC window is neither the most expensive nor the cheapest – it is the one best suited to your property and requirements.
Advice, measuring and quote
Quality window and door installation starts with accurate measuring.
Before ordering new windows and doors, the actual opening dimensions, existing condition and details affecting manufacture and installation must be checked.
NOLE provides professional measuring for windows and doors in Zagreb and surrounding areas, with advice and an agreed design tailored to the property. By prior arrangement, we also undertake projects elsewhere in Croatia; we deliver windows and doors in Croatia and abroad.
Measuring is not an isolated step with no follow-through.
Measuring → window and door selection → manufacture → delivery → professional installation → finishing work
This means the customer knows from the start what will be installed, how the work will be carried out and who is responsible for the complete job.
