For an initial estimate, simply send approximate opening dimensions, the number of windows and doors, your preferred material and basic project information. Photos of the existing units or building can also be very helpful.
Once the main project requirements are defined, a suitable quote can be prepared. Before ordering and manufacture, an accurate on-site survey establishes the final production dimensions.
Do I need exact window and door dimensions before requesting a quote?
No. Approximate measurements are enough for an initial estimate.
Measure the approximate width and height of each opening and state how many windows and doors you need. If you are unsure how to measure, you can also send us photos.
The exact dimensions required for manufacture are established by a professional survey before the final order.

What happens from the first enquiry to completed installation?
It starts with your enquiry and basic project details. You can send approximate dimensions, photos and a description of the windows and doors you would like.
A quote is prepared once the main requirements are defined. Before production, a precise survey confirms dimensions, opening types, glass, colours, roller shutters, insect screens and other details.
Once the units are manufactured, the work is scheduled. Delivery is followed by removal of existing units if needed, professional installation, adjustment and agreed finishing work.
Our aim is to make the whole process – from enquiry and measurement to completed installation – as straightforward and clear as possible.
How long does manufacture and installation take?
Lead times depend on the chosen type, dimensions, colour, glass, accessories, complexity and current production schedules.
Non-standard designs and special requirements may take longer than standard solutions.
